On April 21, 2023, Lizzy Musi, a participant in Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings, announced on her YouTube channel that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. Kye Kelley was sitting next to Musi when she broke the news.
Musi claimed that between December 2022 and January 2023, she felt a lump in her breast that developed rapidly over the next six months. The reality star continued to ask her doctors for additional testing.
