In a viral TikTok, she described her application process and how she made the difficult decision to cancel her engagement to a bride the night before her wedding.

In her TikTok, Shayla said that the first time the bride contacted her was about two to three weeks before the wedding day. The woman didn’t have a place yet, but happily paid Shayla’s deposit and signed the contract agreement. When she works with Shayla, she has a questionnaire that she sends to clients, which she expects them to fill out so she knows what she’s going to do on her wedding day.

The problem was, the client never contacted her using the questionnaire and as the weeks went by and she continued to try to contact the woman, Shayla started to become restless. weekly news spoke to Shayla about the incident.
